Private Events

We offer high-quality oyster bars, tailored to your party’s vibe. We source our oysters from the Olympic Peninsula, grown along the Hood Fjord, and prioritize working with small farms.

We typically harvest the oysters the morning of your event and bring all of the accompaniments for an unforgettable chart-your-own-mouth-party adventure.

  • We typically recommend 2-4 oysters per person. This accounts for the curious first-timer and the oyster aficionado. You know your guests best! We will work with you to determine the right count for your crew.

  • We shuck weddings, benefit dinners and fundraisers, galas, birthday parties, holiday parties, corporate events, and more!

  • We offer tiered pricing based on the total number of oysters you order. Oysters can be ordered in bushel (120) or half-bushel (60) counts. We require a minimum raw oyster bar count of 120 oysters (1 bushel). You can check out our pricing on our Private Events flyer.

  • We are based in Jefferson County, WA on the Olympic Peninsula. We travel throughout the PNW for events. All events outside of Jefferson County by more than a 1 hour drive incurs a $250 travel fee.

  • We book private events year-round! We are now booking for 2026 + 2027.

  • We offer an early bird discount - book at least 6 months in advance with us and receive 10% off your raw bar!
