We’ll be popping bivalves all around the Olympic Peninsula this summer! We source our oysters from small producers in Jefferson, Mason, and Clallam counties.

We offer raw oysters on the halfshell and baked oysters.

Pair your ‘sters with our house-made mignonette, lemon, or au naturel! There’s no wrong way to eat an oyster.
